The Barn at Whiskey Hill
Great for Family Camping Trip
We had a May Birthdays Camping 🏕️ Trip. We really enjoyed the space. The place was beautiful and easy to park cars. It was 6 cars and 13 people. The space is large and can fit many tents. We only had 5 but I would say 10 or more could fit the space. The corn hole game and axe throwing were awesome! The barn has electricity, a kitchen sick, fridge, and some cooking utensils that made it convenient to use if you forgot to pack something. There is a horse stable bedroom in the barn that’s really cool my grandma and mom were able to use which helped to be on flat floor since my grandma has arthritic knees. There are many chairs, grills, and fire pits! It was great 👍🏽 My family really wants to return and try to fit people in the barn for a large slumber party 😂

Best Campsite Ever!
We loved staying at this amazing campsite! Dawn and her family were so kind when they messaged us about our stay and equally friendly when we met them in person. They made us feel so welcome and their official mascot puppy, Luna was a sweetheart. We were missing our pup after 2 weeks away so having Luna there to keep us company while we cooked dinner was an added bonus! The campsite was so clean and full of extra amenities like an amazing outdoor shower, fire pit, and bistro lights that made it feel extra special. So many amazing birds, plants, and the sounds of wildlife on and off too. We loved it so much we changed plans and stayed a second night. We can't thank you enough for a great stay and we would definitely stay again next time we are in the area! 😁

It’s worth it!
This place is a 10/10! There has been so much thought and care that went in to the details of this place. The owners communicative and the camp set up is absolutely darling. The highlight of the property is their sweet dog. She made sure to give us a warm welcome first thing this morning. I hope I get the opportunity to come back with friends.

Dawn’s property was a great base camp for a long weekend of hanging out with friends. It’s well taken care of and is an easy drive to SC.
